CHOPIN B-M-W (Beer, Mixolab & Wine) Workshop

Event type(s):
ICC organised or sponsored
Date and Location
25 August 2013
The Esplanade Hotel
Fremantle, Perth (Western Australia)
 AU (Australia)

This workshop will allow users and non-users to focus on one of the latest ICC standard tools. The Chopin Mixolab is widely used in many industries (milling, baking, ingredients ...) and has found applications in very different sectors (bread, pasta, biscuit, noodles, gluten free products ...).

The program intends to give attendees the latest information and experiences collected thanks to a close relationship with the large number of users worldwide. This will be done by combining device presentation, industrial applications as well as scientific input concerning breeding but also a specific insight on Asian products...all of this in a friendly atmosphere that will end around some drinks and snacks.
