ICC - in cooperation with MoniQA have launched a new international journal titled Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods which publishes peer-reviewed, scientific primary research papers and review papers in the areas of cereals, grain crops, their quality and issues relating to food safety.
This official peer-reviewed Journal of ICC and MoniQA appeared in March 2009 and is published by Wiley-Blackwell with Stanley Cauvain and Roland Poms as the Joint Editors in Chief.
