Micro Systems are the developers and manufacturers of a range of Texture
Analysis systems. Based in the UK the company exports systems to over 40
countries throughout the world. Many of the applications for the TA.XT2
are being used in the baking and cereal science field. Stable Micro Systems
has also worked closely with some eminent cereal scientists to develop
procedures for assessing the performance of dough, gluten, bread and pastry.
